Inside the fast paced world that many of us reside in it could be simple to neglect our health and wellness. We’re so busy racing through our day to day lives – family, friends, work, social engagements that many of us don’t take time to look after ourselves. It’s really no wonder that so many people are tired and run down. What exactly are some simple items that we will do to enhance our quality of life?

Beverage Drinks

You’ve heard it millions of times and you’ll probably hear it millions of more – drink more water !

Give it some thought : The human body is 72% water. A 5% drop in fluids creates a 25-30% loss in energy. A 15% drop in fluids causes death ! At this stage in time 66% of people aren’t drinking enough water, so over half the population isn’t running on several six cylinders to start with before stuff like bad air, bad food and stress take their toll.

It’s not likely a challenging thing to remedy. Just drink one glass of water every half hour or so – or 10-12 glasses of water daily – and you’ll notice an enormous jump with your energy levels.

Living Food – Loving Life !

Just a little known fact is heating food above 116°F destroys much from the nutrient content. Considering that many of us already aren’t eating enough veggies, that’s a relatively substantial problem. Nutritionists recommend five serves of more vegetables daily. How many people are actually taking that advice?

A wonderful way to obtain the nutrients found in fresh veggies without spending all trip to stove or eating raw celery sticks usually is to juice your veggies. Ensure that you own a very good juicer (some juicers expose vegetables to heat created by friction during juicing, which breaks down important enzymes ), grab some more vegetables and drink your method to good health. It will take a fraction of time (there’s no cooking involved, for just one thing ) and it’s convenient. You are able to take your juice to labor as well as give some towards the littlies for school lunches !

Wheatgrass in particular is a good supply of nutrition. It’s high in chlorophyll (sometimes described as ‘plant blood’ since it closely resembles human red blood cell molecules ) and also has over 100 elements that one‘s body needs. Fresh grains are another excellent source for vitamins and minerals.

Energy In – Energy Out

Exercise is yet another dirty word for we. The thing is, exercise doesn’t need to be horribly time intensive or mind-numbingly boring. There will be lots of options.

Years back gyms usually offered weight rooms, aerobics classes and possibly even a tydro-circuit. You can now add water aerobics, yoga, pilates, dance-ercise, step classes and an entire choice of new workout options.

In case you don’t genuinely have time or money to the gym, or prefer to invest your mornings / nights in your own home, then try an exercise bike or walker. I’d be lost without my exercise bike – I set it up in front of the tv and peddle away merrily at my favourite shows.

If, like me, you suffer from illness or injury or your degree of fitness is very low, you may like to think about some invaluable advice that I got from my doctor :

Once you’re physically unfit, and particularly if you’re also unwell, it‘s really a mammoth battle to only conduct the most minimal level of exercise inside a day. The danger is inactivity results in further loss of energy, which becomes a self-perpetuating cycle until you are able to barely get from the couch.

A good method of getting back into your physical routine is to start out slowly. Ridiculously slowly, it could seem. For the very first few weeks, walk / ride for 5 minutes daily – exactly 5 minutes, forget about, even though you think you can continue. Once the 2 weeks are up, increase to 7 minutes, then 10 minutes, 12 minutes… always gradually increase your activity until you’re with a level that you’re comfortable with.

It might sound just a little silly, however it works. In effect, you trick the body into producing more energy. You’re building your exercise time up so slowly that the body doesn’t really realise what’s happening. Follow this process and, before you decide to know it, you’ll be comfortably exercising in your limits daily.

So, folks, that’s methods. If you re able to rearrange your daily life just a little to permit for better eating habits and just a little exercise, and when you remember to only drink a glass of water every half hour or so, you’ll be well upon the method to living the ideal life. On one last note, don’t forget to bring some quiet here we are at yourself. Meditating is a good method to minimise stress. You don’t need to sit around for many hours, just give yourself 5 minutes of quiet time daily – even inside the shower, if that’s the only real place where one can get time out – and maybe have a little catch up within.

And, last but by no means least, laugh ! Actually, laugh as a loon – the louder the greater ! You’ll be amazed at just simply the amount such an easy thing can put you in a better mood !
